Corporate Members - No Longer Forgotten - 16/09/2005

We have some good news to report to our Corporate Members. We have recognised this is an area that we have sadly neglected over the past year, having been very poor in communicating and making contact with you.

Its not that we didn't care, we have simply been through a lot of changes, with lack of both hands to help, and time to progress ideas, compared to other priorities, but that has now all changed. One of you was so miffed about the lack of action, he decided to contact the Trust and offer his help to get things moving. He also came up with some ideas of his own which we fully endorse.

Phil Lea has been recruited onto the Clarets Trust Corporate Membership team to help drive forward the ideas we have in this area, and you will be contacted by him this month, explaining some of the exciting things we have got planned, whilst giving you the opportunity to provide feedback and let us know how you think we can be of mutual benefit to each other. One idea will be to have a separate section on this website for Corporate Members, and we are currently in the process of designing this, so please continue to come back to the website to see the latest news and progress.

Oh, by the way, the really good news is that, as a gesture of goodwill, we have decided to offer a free year to our current Corporate Members, with nothing to pay unless you wish to make a voluntary donation to Clarets Trust. This is being done in recognition of the fact that you paid last year and got virtually nothing from Clarets Trust in return. If you are reading this and thinking of joining, we will also be offering new Corporate Members a 2 for 1 deal with one year’s subscription giving you two years membership!

Corporate membership will also briefly be mentioned at the next Open Meeting on the 24th September, so if you would like to come along representing your Company you would be very welcome
